Optio Group, the specialty MGA, today announces that Cove Programs, a leading provider of subcontractor default insurance products (SDI) will rebrand to Optio, effective 1st October 2023.
David Robinson, CEO, Optio said: “Cove is a well-known brand within the construction industry and a founding member of Optio. We are delighted to announce the business will assume the Optio name as a significant, integral and strongly performing part of the Optio Group.”
Nathan Espe, head of SDI, Cove Programs, added: “We are excited to announce our rebrand to Optio, which, having traded as Cove Programs, an Optio company for several years, is a natural step. Our new name more accurately reflects our strengths as part of a much larger group, with access to expertise of other Optio companies that enables us to provide high-quality advice, support and protection to our customers.”
